Job Description:

As a Website Project Manager at VIV, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various web development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and set clear expectations.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and information.

Project Monitoring and Control:

• Track project progress against the plan.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines and budgets.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Update project stakeholders on project status and milestones.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control processes to ensure the project meets specified standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and review of deliverables.

Documentation:

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change orders.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address any challenges that may impact project success.

Financial Management:

• Monitor project budget and expenses.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of web development and design processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
